🧾 Eligible items for refund or replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

The order was never delivered after the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery using the email provided in your order confirmation.
Photos or videos may be required to support your claim.

Submit your request through our AfterShip return portal or contact us directly.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
🚫 No physical returns
Due to logistical reasons, we do not accept physical returns.
All refund and replacement requests are handled remotely — you do not need to send the item back.
❌ Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as final sale or discounted;

Personalized products;

Returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color.
